Courtney has worked in communications in all facets of the film and television industry in Australia, United States, China and at home in Aotearoa New Zealand. Having worked in house for Paramount and Universal Pictures, DreamWorks, Marvel and Studiocanal, more recently Courtney’s work is between both the red carpet and the film set, and she has worked with most major studios and streamers, as well as the leading independent organisations, with over 35 TV and film credits under her belt as unit publicist and behind the scenes/EPK producer. She was one of the founders of the inaugural In the Shade summer film festival in 2022, has produced music videos for Benee and a documentary called Nowhere to Be, and her recent NZ based communication work includes Nude Tuesday, Creamerie, The Panthers and on set of the A24 film X, 20th Century Fox’s No Exit and Apples Mr. Corman.
