Debra Millar is the General Manager of Publishing with Penguin New Zealand.
Having spent more than 25 years working in senior roles in New Zealand’s magazine publishing industry, Debra made the move to books in 2009. She joined Penguin in late 2010, where she is responsible for the company’s New Zealand fiction, children’s and non-fiction title lists.
