Shuchi Kothari is a critically acclaimed screenwriter and producer whose films have screened globally in film festivals including Venice, Cannes, Toronto and on online platforms such as Mubi, and Amazon. Shuchi co-founded The Pan-Asian Screen Collective (www.pasc.co.nz) to advocate for equitable representation of Asian screen practitioners in Aotearoa New Zealand. She is the recipient of WIFT (NZ)’s award for “Outstanding Contribution to the Screen Industry.”
