Toa Fraser

Toa Fraser is an award-winning playwright, director, and producer. His first play Bare won a Chapman Tripp Theatre Award and the Bruce Mason Playwrighting Award. His second play No.2 won the prestigious Festival First Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival before being adapted by Fraser into a feature film which won the Audience Award in the World Cinema section of the esteemed Sundance Film Festival. His screen credits also include Dean Spanley, The Dead Lands, The Free Man, The Shannara Chronicles, Into the Badlands, Daredevil, The Affair, The Rookie, and many others. Fraser has just finished filming season 2 of the Netflix series Sweet Tooth.
