In the wake of Covid-19, the Government announced a screen sector recovery package. This package includes a Screen Production Fund of $50m to produce up to five feature films or limited series screen productions for New Zealand and international audiences.
The $50M is jointly managed by the New Zealand Film Commission and New Zealand On Air. A thirty minute session will be held at #BigScreen2020 so both agencies can respond to questions about this fund.
